My name is Delfina Pignatiello, I'm 24 years old and I live in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
I am an Aries, what makes me a passionate, motivated, and confident leader; also uncomplicated and direct in my approach. Before becoming an artist I dedicated my life to sports as I was a member of the Argentinian swimming team and Olympic Athlete, a long period of my life where I learnt about discipline, responsibility and teamwork.
I believe swimming and photography have very much in common: every time I go underwater, my head opens wide like the blue sea full of ideas and creativity. Every time I get out, I grab my notebook and write my craziest occurrences. Then, when fantasy meets face to face with an opportunity to become a reality, i take what I've learnt from concentration and the focus of thinking of every stroke with detail, every harmonized slip with the water sensitivity, keeping the breathing rate and the pulse carrying it all to the camera that I have between my hand, to portrait a new moment.
